摘要

Abstract

The welding robot is applied to the overall capping welding of the hydraulic support.To solve the problem that the simulated test results of fillet welding and V-shaped groove welding is unideal in actual application,the paper performs welding defect analysis in respect to welding process and programming.The artificial local joint filling plus robot impulse welding process is determined and adopted,followed by design optimization of the partial structure of the top beam,realizing automatic welding of 80% of welding joints of the overall capping of the top beam structure.
