起重机用制动器工作级别划分的探讨

Abstract
According to the simulation results of the temperature field for the brake of crane lifting mechanism under different braking frequencies , it's concluded that the JC value and braking period T determine the saturated tempera-ture.Based on this , the relationship among parameters such as the braking frequency , braking temperature rise , and bra-king torque is analyzed , indicating that the saturated temperature is a major indicator affecting the braking torque .The paper demonstrates that it 's reasonable to classify the brake based on the braking frequency , providing theoretic basis for the ap-plication .关键词
