摘要

Abstract

Based on the experience in under-construction nuclear power plants in China , the trolley configuration of e-lectric double-girder overhead crane used in nuclear power plants is optimized and improved .The functions of the independ-ent mounting trolley are integrated into the travelling trolley .Moreover, the paper analyzes the effect of improved solution in respect to functions, safety, environment, installation, maintenance, service scope, and cost, etc.The result shows that the improved scheme can meet the original functional requirements , without compromising safety and reliability , and that the new scheme can facilitate site installation and operation and reduce equipment purchase costs .
