Abstract
The conventional plate-type material-limiting device of the tubular belt conveyer is studied and failure cau-ses of material-limiting are analyzed in the paper .Considering the material limiting characteristics , the paper performes 3D modeling stress analysis , and innovatively designs a heavy-type material-limiting device suitable for the large-tube-diameter large-capacity tubular belt conveyor .Application proves that the device is reliable , playing an important role in ensuring the normal operation of the tubular belt conveyer .关键词
