Abstract
Continuous slagging belt conveyor has become the mainstream technology used for effective and continuous slagging in tunnel engineering.The paper analyzes the operating characteristics of the continuous slagging belt conveyor for tunnel engineering,introduces the main structure of the machine and presents key points for design calculation of such machine including the selection of safety factors and simulated friction factor based on the working process and structural features.It is proposed that calculation of the head drive and intermediate drive depends on the full length of conveyor,and the position of the intermediate drive is determined in accordance with the maximum tension and safety factors of the conveying belt with maximum extending length but not yet set with intermediate drive,and the paper also provides specific calculation examples.关键词
