基于柔性铰链的微位移机构的设计与分析

Abstract
In view of the problem that traditional mechanical micro-displacement mechanism is unable to perform high-precision positioning,the semi-circular flexible hinge is used to design an anti-symmetric flexible amplification mechanism which can amplify the input linear displacement and transform it into angular displacement for output.The paper analyzes its angular stiffness,structure type,structural parameters,and output characteristics of static displacement.The software Ansys is used to establish a model for the flexible amplification mechanism and performing finite element analysis,which proves that the structure is applicable.关键词
