基于Ansys和Matlab的NGW51行星齿轮组的分析与优化

Abstract
In this paper,optimization of the structural parameters of NGW51 planetary reducer gear transmission set is studied.Three-dimensional CAD modeling software and CAE analysis software Ansys Workbench are used in the paper,and the finite element theory is used to analyze static characteristics of the planetary gear set to prove that the optimization goal could be reached.Based on such work,an optimization design model is established by using the optimization theory,which is aimed at minimizing the volume,and the optimization toolbox of Matlab is used to obtain the parameters scheme of the optimized gear.The experimental result shows that the optimized parameters are more rational than before,and optimization makes planetary gear set smaller and helps save materials and lower costs.Further,the result provides a basis for realizing the effectiveness and feasibility of the light-weight design of the transmission system,and demonstrates that advanced design theories and tools contribute to the highly-efficient and high-quality design.关键词
