基于CFD的门座起重机风载特性分析

Abstract
A three-dimensional model is developed for the large portal crane used for port by using the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks,and it is imported into the computational fluid dynamics analysis software CFX after pre-treatment such as mesh generation is accomplished.The wind speed field and wind pressure field distribution diagrams are obtained through calculating the wind load of theportal crane when it is exposed to flow field.Wind coefficient is calculated through analysis,and on this basis it is proposed to use the uneven factor of wind speed to reflect the distribution law of the surface wind pressure of portal cranes.Comparison between calculation results of the flow field and those obtained in accordance with GB/T 3811-2008 Design Rules for Cranes reveals that the error between the two is within the allowable range of engineering accuracy.The paper further proves that the computational fluid dynamics method is applicable to computational analysis of large portal cranes and can provide effective guidance for engineering designers.关键词
