客运索道弹簧组件装配设备的设计

Abstract
In light of problems in the spring set for the detachable grip of passenger ropeways such as low efficiency in assembly,high labor intensity and poor controllability,corresponding solutions are proposed in the paper.Equipment is especially designed for the assembly of spring sets for the detachable grip.In the equipment,the cylindrical tooling can close,guide and protect spring sets,the hydraulic system can exert steady and controllable press-mounting force on spring sets,and the control system can accurately control the press-mounting force and press-mounting displacement.The equipment makes the assembly of spring set efficient,accurate and automatic.关键词
