基于Ansys及应力测试的铸造起重机疲劳裂纹失效分析

Abstract
With a YZS165/40t-21.5m ladle crane in a steel plant as a study object,the focus of the study is the crack position and fatigue status of the bridge structure of the crane.The paper investigates reasons behind fatigue crack,and a finite element model for the metal bridge structure of the crane is established.Stress is analyzed under different typical working conditions,and field stress test and weld ultrasonic detection are combined in the paper,which provide theoretical basis for the repair and improvement design of the crane and cranes of the same model and lays foundation for the security assessment of the metal structure of ladle cranes.关键词
