摘要

Abstract

Test of non-back gouging backing welding by robot is conducted to promote the application of high-efficiency welding technologies for the heavy plate T-joint of connecting base of query-side container cranes by robot.Double-side non-back gouging backing welding is explored through studying the penetration state of the non-back gouging backing welding of T-joint with different root face dimension and root gap.The result of study indicates that,the penetration of double-side non-back gouging backing welding of heavy plate T-joint by robot is in sound condition when the root face dimension is 0 and root gap is about 4 to 5 mm.
