摘要
Abstract
Heat exchangers are widely used in various fields of industry, and it has a very important role in the national production.The heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger is related to the overall efficiency of the relevant industries, so how to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger has become the core technology of the design of the heat exchanger.Because of the rapid development of 3D printing technology, heat exchange tube in new grid shape could be processed.Compared with the traditional heat exchange tube, the heat transfer area as well as the heat transfer coefficient of the new type increases significantly, with heat transfer efficiency improved in fold ascension.This paper constructs the model of the new type heat exchanger utilizing SolidWorks software.Furthermore, Fluid simulation and heat transfer optimization are conducted via SolidWorks flow simulation module.关键词
