产学研合作模式下应用型地方高校基础软件人才培养模式研究
Exploration of Basic Software Talents Training Based on Integration of Production,Teaching and Research
摘要
Abstract
In view of the new requirements for the training of basic software talents leading to many problems,such as the weak foundations,large gap problem,etc.This paper proposes a set of new complete integration of production,teaching and teacher modes for basic software talent training,including "2+2" step-type talent cultivation system,industry-education integration courses system emphasizing on practice and MOOC mixing teaching mode.Practice has proved that the talent training mode conform to the skills requirements of software industry for basic software talent.This is an innovative in the field of domestic basic software talent training in colleges and universities,which also has reference and guiding significance for other software-related professional talent cultivation.关键词
