PFNA与股骨近端解剖锁定板、DHS治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效对比

Abstract
Objective:for the elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures in PFNA with proximal femur anatomic locking plate,the clinical treatment effect of DHS.Methods:randomly selected from our hospital in March 2014 to April 2014 for treatment of 81 cases of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in clinical research.According to the patients by surgical situation divided the patients into DHS group and PFNA combination PFNA group 41 cases,DHS group 40 cases.For all patients with operation time,blood loss in the process of operation as well as the clinical healing of the patients and the incidence of postoperative complications were statistically analyzed,Harris for the patients with hip joint function score and the score results for statistical analysis.Results:by means of two groups of patients after treatment,respectively,were analyzed for statistical data and found that patients with PFNA group both in operation time and operation in the process of blood loss and postoperative clinical healing time,compared with patients with DHS group time is shorter,and PFNA group of patients with postoperative complications and Harris hip score is better than DHS group of patients,obvious statistics difference statistically significant (P < 0.05).Based on the treatment of patients with back tracking,after six months through the PFNA treatment of its Haaris hip male function score was 95.4% (39/41),and DHS treatment group patients for Harris hip function score was 81.2% (37/40).Statistical difference statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:through the medical exploration,for the old age femoral intertrochanteric fractures by using PFNA way for the treatment of patients with effect should be better,both on the operation time and operation in the process of blood loss and postoperative complications in patients with infection situation and Harris hip scores might be better than patients treated with DHS manner,especially for presenting with symptoms of osteoporosis in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture of,treated with PFNA have more advantages.关键词
