摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the long-handled plus partial hip arthroplasty in treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis unstable intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:By March 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital 64 cases of elderly osteoporosis treatment loose with unstable intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into the experimental group were patients with long-handled plus partial hip arthroplasty,control group were treated with anti-rotation type proximal femoral nail treatment,observation indexes were compared surgery,hip functional differences.Results:The experimental group were operative time,hospital stay,and weight-bearing ambulation time with the control group were significantly decreased after 1 month,hip function improved significantly in patients 3 months the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:For the elderly with osteoporosis unstable intertrochanteric fractures were treated with a long handle and a half plus hip replacement surgery and treatment could shorten the hospital stay,and promote functional recovery of patients with hip,worthy of clinical application.关键词
