经伤椎固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的临床疗效分析
Study of clinical curative effect of pedicle screw fixation via the injured vertebra forthoracolumbar spine fracture

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical curative effect of pedicle screw fixation via the injured vertebra and across the injured vertebra for thoracolumbar spine fracture.Methods:The clinical data of 120 patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture who came to our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 was retrospectively analyzed.60 patients who accepted pedicle screw fixation via the injured vertebra were divided into the study group while 60 patients who accepted pedicle screw fixation across the injured vertebra were divided into the control group.The Intraoperative blood loss,postoperative complications,and the rate of vertebral height loss in patients with 12 months of follow-up was Cobb of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The amount of bleeding in the study group was (245.6±73.8) ml,lower than that of the control group (281.7±81.1) ml (P < 0.05).At last follow-up,the height loss rate and Cobb angle of the injured vertebral body in the study group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the study group was 5%,lower than that the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the control group 11.7%.(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of pedicle screw fixation via the injured vertebra should be better than that of across the injured vertebra fixation for thoracolumbar spine fracture,which can reduce the amount of bleeding in the operation,reduce postoperative complications and vertebral height loss rate.It might be worth promoting.关键词
