Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of conservative and operative treatment of the medial collateral ligament of the Ⅱ°injury combined with the rupture of the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments.Methods:From January 2013 to January 2015,27 patients with medial collateral ligament Ⅱ°injury combined with anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments rupture,including 19 males and 8 females,aged from 21 to 44 years (32±10.5 years).From January 2013 to August 2014,19 patients underwent arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments,While repairing medial collateral ligament with two anchors simultaneously (A group),and 8 patients were treated only with anterior and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction from August 2014 to January 2015,fixed with external fixation and medial collateral ligament was not repaired (B group).Two groups of patients were assessed in 3 months and 6 months after surgery,respectively the Lysholm score,Tegner activity level score and knee joint ROM were recorded.Results:3 months after operation,the Lysholm score of A group was78.3士4.4,ROM 99.8°±2.6°,the Lysholm score of B group was 70.2士3.6,ROM 89.3°±3.2°,it was significantly improved compared with the preoperative(P<0.05).The Lysholm score and ROM in A group were better than those in B group(P<0.05).6 months after operation,the Lysholm score of A group was 85.3士2.5,and the activity level of Tegner was 5 (3-6 grade),ROM was 119.6°±6.3°.The Lysholm score of B group was83.9士2.9,the activity level of Tegner was 5 (3-6 grade),and ROM was 121.4±7.1.There was no significant difference between the A group and the B group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of conservative and surgical treatment of the medial collateral ligament injury combined with anterior and posterior cruciate ligament rupture was almost the same.关键词
