摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study and discuss the clinical effect of arthroscopic treatment with minimally invasive treatment in knee joint trauma. Methods:In October 2013~ February 2016,87 cases of knee joint trauma patients at the stage in our hospital were selected as the research object, the patients were divided into two groups by taking the random number table method, the control group (42 cases) received conventional conservative treatment, the observation group (45 cases) received arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery, the clinical total effective rate, intraoperative bleeding volume, the incidence of complications and knee joint function score were compared between two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,was significantly higher than that of the control group which was 80.95% (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the amount of bleeding and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower (P<0.05).After treatment, the knee function score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with knee joint trauma, the implementation of minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery treatment had significant clinical efficacy, could effectively reduce the injury on the body of patients, reduce the postoperative complications, improve the function of knee joint.关键词
