Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of surgical treatment of severe multiple trauma of bone and joint.Methods:according to the different treatment methods,85 cases of patients with severe multiple trauma of bone and joint surgery treatment group (group A,n =45) and conservative treatment group (group B,n =40),compared two groups of treatment results and complications.Results:after treatment,42 cases of A group were effectively controlled,37 cases of B group were effectively controlled,there was no significant difference between groups (P<0.05).Patients in group a underwent pulmonary infection incidence,the incidence of long-term complications were significantly lower than those in group B,gastrointestinal bleeding,wound and the amount of bleeding,intracranial hemorrhage volume and the average amount of bleeding were significantly less than that in group B,the average length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of group B (P < 0.05).Conclusions:surgical treatment of severe multiple of bone and joint injury,could effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,shorten recovery time and improve the effect of rehabilitation,the rescue of severe multiple trauma of bone and joint ideal means.关键词
