Rapid determination of illegally added ibuprofen in anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a TLC method for rapid determination of ibuprofen that added to anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine illegally.Methods Samples were methanol extracted,using silica gel GF254 thin layer plate,water-saturated ethyl acetate as expansion agent,detecting at 254 nm.Results This method was simple,economic,rapid and the separation result of TLC was really nice.Conclusion TLC can be used to determine the ibuprofen rapidly that added to the anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine.In order to strengthen the supervision and inspection of the product.关键词
