Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside and formononetin in extract of leaves of Ilex cornuta.Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out on Phenomenex C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with methanol-0.15% acetic acid solution as the mobile phase for gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results A good linear relationship were found in the the range of 6.97~278.8 μg·mL-1 for isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside,2.96~118.4 μg·mL-1 for formononetin.Their average recoveries were 99.26% and 98.75%,respectively.Conclusion The method was accurate,reliable,and can be used for the quality control and evaluation of extract of leaves of Ilex cornuta.关键词
