摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Xueshuantong Injection combined with alprostadil and lipoic acid on diabetic foot.Methods 62 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of patients were given the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment group was given Xueshuantong Injection combined with alprostadil and lipoic acid.The therapeutic effect were inspected.Results The total effective rate of two treatment groups had significant difference(P<0.05).The Hcy,VB12 and MMP-9 concentration of two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in biochemical index(P>0.05).Conclusion Xueshuantong Injection combined with alprostadil and lipoic acid on diabetic foot had distinct curative effect and the cure rate can be improved effectively.关键词
