从"乙癸同源"论治腰椎间盘突出症
Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation Based on "Yi and Gui Sharing the Same Source"
摘要
Abstract
"Yi and Gui sharing the same origin" is liver and kidney sharing the same origin. In Traditional Chinese Medicine,the liver governing tendons,the kidney governing bones,liver and kidney affect each other, to maintain the relationship between the muscles and bones of human body. The incidence of lumbar inter-vertebral disc herniation is rooted in liver and kidney deficiency. The fundamental cause of lumbar interver-tebral disc herniation is deficiency of the liver and kidney. Wind,cold,dampness are surface cause,due to internal and external cause. The clinical syndrome no matter cold and dampness obstructing meridian or phlegm and blood stasis,while expelling wind cold and damp,reducing phlegm and promoting blood circula-tion,tonifying the liver and kidney,removing obstruction due to qi should be used. And combined with mod-ern experimental research,we treated lumbar disc herniation from "Yi and Gui sharing the same origin",with simultaneous treatment of liver and kidney.关键词
