咳喘停药贴穴位贴敷治疗合并过敏性鼻炎哮喘复发临床研究
Clinical Study of Kechuanting Paste Acu-Point Sticking Therapy on the Relapse of Asthma with Allergic Rhinitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Kechuanting paste acu-point sticking on relapse of asthma with allergic rhinitis and on serum miR-95,miR-34a-5p. Methods:There were 36 asthma patients with allergic rhinitis as the asthma with rhinitis group ,34 asthma patients in the asthma group ,and 35 healthy people in the healthy group. The first 2 groups were treated with Kechuanting paste acu-point sticking. Telephone fol-low-up was performed to determine the recurrence,and RT-PCR was applied to detect miR-95 and miR-34a-5p levels before and after treatment. Results:①Compared with before treatment,in the first two groups the relapse was significantly reduced. ②Before and after the treatment,levels of serum miR-95 and miR-34a-5p of the first two groups were significantly higher than the healthy group (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment , levels of serum miR-95,miR-34a-5p in the two groups have decreased,but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:Kechuanting paste acu-point sticking can reduce allergic rhinitis relapse in asthma patients with allergic rhinitis,similar to asthma patients,and can reduce serum miR-95,miR-34a-5p levels.关键词
