青少年网络成瘾者体质类型及其情志状态研究
Study on Mental State and Body Constitution in Young Internet Addiction Disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the body constitution and mental state in young internet addiction disorder and to propose a protocol for psychosomatic intervention. Methods:A physical scale of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and TCM five emotion questionnaire were applied to evaluate 109 internet addiction disorder. Patients self-report,interview and observation were adopted,and the mental state of each body constitution was analyzed. Results:In the 109 patients,there were 91 patients(83.49%) of complex emotional state,which usually manifests as depression of joy and contemplation ,depression of sorrow and fright and depression of sadness and contemplation. According to the results of physical scale of TCM ,there were 32 patients of qi deficiency (29.36%) and 38 patients (34.86%) of qi depression. After statistical analysis ,there were statistical significance in different constitution type of each mental state(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:Internet addic-tion disorder were usually of qi deficiency and qi depression constitution types ,and each constitution type was different on mental state.关键词
