舒肝方治疗原发性轻中度干燥综合征105例临床研究
Clinical Study on the Therapeutic Effect of the Using Shugan Formula to Treat 105 Cases of Mild to Moderate Primary Sjogren's Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate curative effect of Shugan formula to treat mild to moderate primary Sjo-gren's syndrome. Methods:There are 105 patients with Sjogren's syndrome,and they were treated with the Shugan formula for 3 months,and the changes of symptoms and laboratory indexes were examined to evalu-ate the effect. Results:After treated for 3 months,dryness of mouth,eyes and skin was relieved with the score reduced compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and immunoglobulin G,rheumatoid factors,tear test and sugar test were changed significantly(P<0.01). However,there was no significant difference on the ery throcyte sedimentation rate and C reactive protein in Sjogren 's syndrome between before treatment and after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion:Shugan formula could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and laborato-ry indexes of mild to moderate primary Sjogren 's syndrome.关键词
