裸花紫珠不同提取部位体外抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型作用研究
Effect of Different Extract Parts of Callicarpa nudiflora in Vitro Anti-Herpessimplex Virus-Ⅰ

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of different extract parts of Callicarpa nudiflora in vitro anti-her-pessimplex virus(HSV)-Ⅰ,and to prepare for isolating the active ingredients for anti-HSV-1 by further purify-ing. Methods:The petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol extracts and corresponding knock-out extracts of Callicarpa nudiflorawere were prepared by system separation method. The in vitro effect of anti HSV-1 was evaluated by in vitro infection model of HSV-1-Hep-2 cells. The in vitro effect of anti HSV-1 of each ex-tract was compared with total composition group to determine the active extracts of Callicarpa nudiflorae in vitro anti HSV-1. Results:The therapeutic index(TI) of total composition group was equal to ethyl acetate extract,and higher than that in the n-butanol extract and petroleum ether knock-out extract,while the others were invalid. Conclusion:Ethyl acetate extract part is the main part of Callicarpa nudiflora in vitro an-ti-HSV-1.关键词
