颈椎退行性疾病患者抬下颌及自然体位颈椎侧位X线片颈椎中立位曲度差异
Difference of cervical neutral position sagittal alignment between protract chin position and natural position cervical lateral X-ray of patients with cervical degenerative disease

Abstract
Objective To discuss the difference value of cervical neutral position sagittal alignment between protract chin position and natural position cervical lateral X-ray of the patients with cervical degenerative disease.Methods Fifty-nine patients with cervical degenerative disease were included in this study.Every patient took cervical lateral X-ray with protract chin position and natural position.The O-C2 angle and C2-7 angle were measured and compared on these two kinds of X-rays.Results The C2-7 angle on the protract chin position X-ray was-15.3-50.2° (20.0°±13.4°) which had positive correlation (r=0.890, P=0.000) and significant difference with C2-7 angle on the natural position X-ray-16.1°-38.2° (11.1°±11.8°)(P<0.01).The difference value of C2-7 angle between the two positions was 0.8°-26.6° (8.9°±6.1°).The O-C2 angle on the protract chin position X-ray was 14.8°-46.8° (31.8°±6.0°) which had positive correlation (r=0.873, P=0.000) and significant difference with O-C2 angle on the natural position X-ray 11.1°-40.9° (27.0°±6.6°) (P<0.01).The difference value of O-C2 angle between the two positions was-2.4°-12.4° (4.8°±3.3°).Conclusion For the patients with cervical degenerative disease, natural position should be used for taking cervical lateral X-ray.关键词
