半夏白术天麻汤加减联合针灸治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床研究
Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of acute ischemic stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the application of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupuncture therapy patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:the patients with acute ischemic stroke according to the principle of random demand 80 cases selected and according to the order of the number of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into control group and test group into the group, all the patients were treated with routine western medicine program treatment, while the experimental group were given Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupuncture treatment, comparison of different treatment regimens of NIHSS and ADL effect.Results:the data showed that compared with the control group experimental group patients increased significantly, and the test group patients after NIHSS and ADL were more dominant, with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke, helps to increase the therapeutic effect of patients, reduce patient nervous system function damage, the effect is significant.关键词
