小组康复锻炼对脑梗死偏瘫老年患者上肢功能康复的影响
Effect of group rehabilitation exercise on upper limb functional recovery in elderly patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation training on upper limb function rehabilitation in elderly patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods:128 patients were divided into group rehabilitation exercise group and control group, 64 cases in each group.The control group gave conventional upper limb function rehabilitation exercise, the rehabilitation exercise group gave the model of upper limb function rehabilitation exercise and traditional Chinese medicine massage, after treatment 8 weeks, the upper limb function the hand function and activities of daily living, anxiety, depression of the two groups before and after were compared.Results:After treatment, the FMA scores of the elderly patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia UE score, UEFI score, MBI score, HAMA score and HADA score were significantly improved in the rehabilitation group, while the scores of FMA-UE, UEFT, MBI, HAMA and HADA scores were significantly higher in the group of rehabilitation exercise hemiplegia better than those in the control group.Conclusion:The model of upper limb rehabilitation exercise can improve hemiplegia of cerebral infarction, hand function, activities of daily living, anxiety, depression.关键词
