摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Bushen Jianpi decoction on cell cytokines and BMD in PMOP.Methods:50 cases of patients with PMOP were randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with calcitriol + calcium carbonate D3 capsules treatment, the observation group combined with Bushen Jianpi decoction on this basis, before and after treament, the BMD of lumbar (L2-4) and non-dominant side of the proximal femur (NDPF) , and serum TNF-α and IL-6 changes were compared.Results:After treatment, the BMD of lumbar and NDPF in both groups were significantly improved, the observation group were higher (P<0.05);After treatment, the serum TNF-α and IL-6 in both groups were significantly lower, the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Jianpi decoction in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis can effectively reduce serum TNF-α and IL-6, increasing the patient's bone mineral density.关键词
