中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎临床疗效
The clinical efficacy of combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment in ankylosing spondylitis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of the Chinese and western medicine treatment clinical ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:300 ankylosing spondylitis patients were selected as the study objects, the study objects were randomly divided into observation group (n=150) and control group (n=150).The patients in control group were treated conventional western medicine treatment.At the same time, The patients in observation group were given Chinese and western medicine treatment on the basic of control group.The treatment lasted for 5 months, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated, and the TCM syndrome integral, BASFI, BASDAI, CRP, ESR related indicators were compared after treatment in two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate in observation group (88.67%) was significantly higher than control group (67.33%) (P<0.05), what is more, the improving extent of BASFI, BASDAI, ESR, CRP of observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05), and all the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment ankylosing spondylitis was definitely, in addition, it can obviously improve spinal function and the quality of life patients.关键词
