中医辨证治疗慢性咽炎临床疗效
Analysis the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the chronic pharyngitis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment the chronic pharyngitis.Methods:150 chronic pharyngitis patients admitted in otolaryngology were selected as the study objects, then we analyzed and reviewed the data, and applied the way of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine to treat all the patients for two periods of treatment.Finally, we analyzed the clinical effect, compared the symptoms integral and the improving extent of symptoms before and after treatment.Results:After the treatment, the total effective rate was 86%.In the 150 patients, 27 cases were cured, 49 cases were markedly effective, 52 cases were treated effectively, 21 cases were treated invalidly, and symptoms integral after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and the symptoms of patients were improved obviously.Conclusion:The effect of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment the chronic pharyngitis was obviously, and can remarkably improve the discomfort symptoms, moreover, it can apply comprehensive treatment to individual differences.Therefore, it has great clinical application value.关键词
