独一味胶囊治疗牙龈炎疗效及对血液生化指标的影响

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and influence of duyiwei capsule on the level of biochemical markers of patients with simple gingivitis.Methods:106 patients with glioma were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given xipayi mouth rinse, the treatment group was given duyiwei capsule.After 2 treatment period, treatment effect, and the level of biochemical markers were observed.Results:Total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).PLI, SBI, and GI in two groups were all significant decreased (P<0.01), but, the level of PLI in treatment group was lower than that of control group after treatment (P<0.05).The levels of blood glucose, cholesterol, and C-reactive protein in treatment group after treatment were significant lower than before (P<0.05).C-reactive protein level in control group after tretment were significant lower than before (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to the Xipayi mouth rinse, Duyiwei capsule have more significant effect in treatment of simple gingivitis and greater impact on biochemical indicators, it can be used as a preferred clinical application.关键词
