不同针灸方式对虚寒型膝骨关节炎患者WOMAC评分及疼痛症状的影响比较
Influence comparison of WOMAC score and pain symptoms of different acupuncture styles on cold type of knee osteoarthritis patients

Abstract
Objective:To study influence comparison of WOMAC score and pain symptoms of different methods of acupuncture style on cold type of knee osteoarthritis (CTKO) patients.Methods:162 patients with CTKO were selected.According to the digital table method divided into observation group and control group each 81 cases, the observation group was treated by warm acupuncture and moxibustion, in the control group not given moxibustion.Compared the efficacy of the two groups, osteoarthritis index (WOMAC score) and pain symptoms score.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 62.96%, the total effective rate was 98.77%, which were significantly higher than the control group of 90.12% and 46.91%(P < 0.05).After treatment, the WOMAC scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the WOMAC score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the VRS and NRS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of CTKO patients with warm acupuncture can produce good curative effect, but also can effectively reduce the WOMAC score and pain symptom score.关键词
