Abstract
Objective:summarize the rules of acupoint selection in modern literature of acupuncture treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:Using literature retrieval and content analysis and literature on Chinese periodical net (CNKI) retrieval, screening, sorting by SPSS software package to establish a database for statistical methods of descriptive analysis and cluster analysis.Results:114 articles related to acupuncture treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease were retrieved, 123 prescriptions were involved, and 81 acupuncture points were used.Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan, zigong,zhgong, Zusanli, Qihai, Guilai, Xuehai, Ciliao, Yin ling quan, shuidao Shenshu, Taichong, daimai, Tianshu, Hegu acupoint commonly used.Hegu, Taichong, Yinlingquan, Xuehai, often mutual compatibility;Tianshu, channel often mutual compatibility;Daimai, Ciliao, Shenshu constant mutual compatibility;Guilai, Qihai constant mutual compatibility;Guan Yuan, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, zigong, very often were mutually compatible.The specific points used for Rendezvous point,Mu point,Five shu point.Division points to the abdomen, lower limbs, waist based,Mainly owned by Ren, spleen, stomach, bladder.Conclusion:The main pathogenesis of pelvic inflammatory disease is spleen weakness, wet muddy effect Ren.The point is to Ren and spleen by points,common acupoint Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan, uterus, pole, Zusanli, Qihai, Guilai, Xuehai, Ciliao, yin ing quan, waterways, Shenshu, Taichong, daimai, Tianshu, Hegu.关键词
