单味及多味中药灌洗对豚鼠鼻咽癌放疗后鼻腔黏膜的影响
The effect of single or complex Chinese medical herbs' lavage to nasal cavity and nasopharyngeal tissues after radio therapy to nasopharynx cancers

Abstract
Objective:To explore the refin-effect of single or complex Chinese medical herbs' lavage to nasal cavity and nasopharyngeal tissues after radio therapy to nasopharynx cancers.Methods:Eighty guinea pigs were divided into 4 groups including irradiated group, control group, treatment group with single Chinese medical herb and treatment group with complex Chinese medical herbs.The guinea pigs in each group irradiated with radiation therapy machine.Drugs were given the day when the irradiation was started.For the control group, irrigated the nasal cavity of guinea pigs with.For the treatment group with single Chinese medical herb, irrigate the nasal cavity of guinea pigs with extracting solution of dendrobium candidum.For the treatment group with complex Chinese medical herbs, irrigate the nasal cavity of guinea pigs with inhalation solution of complex Chinese patent medicine once a day for 4weeks.Collect the blood in common carotid artery irradiation, and tested the liver and kidney function.The nasopharyngeal mucosa was taken at the same time and was observed with HE staining and electron microscope, and detect the influence of drugs on cell apoptosis of mucosa tissue with TUNEL, and observed the change of ultrastructure by transmission electron microscopy or scanning electron microscope.Results:ALT、AST、AST/ALT、BUN and Cr were significantly different (P<0.05) in this four groups through the test of liver.Through the test of TUNEL, we found that all the groups had TUNEL-positive cells, and the treatment group with complex Chinese medical herbs got the least number of it, then the treatment group with single Chinese medical herb, and the control group got the largest number of it.The phenomena of cilia lodging and mitochondrial damage were significantly reduce compared with the control group by electron microscopy.Conclusion:The lavage method of single or complex Chinese medical herbs to nasal cavity and nasopharyngeal tissues after radio therapy to nasopharynx cancers was significantly effective.And it can promote the resolution of inflammation, and inhibit the growth of bacteria.关键词
