滞针提拉针法治疗Ⅰ型胃下垂临床观察
Clinical Observation of Stuck-needle Pulling Needling Method for TypeⅠGastroptosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of stuck-needle pulling needling method in treating typeⅠgastroptosis.Method Fifty patients with typeⅠgastroptosis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 25cases each. The control group was intervened by ordinary acupuncture, and the treatment group was intervened by stuck-needle pulling needling at Zhongwan (CV12) in addition to the treatment given to the control group. Result The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group versus 80.0% in the control group, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group (P<0.01); the markedly effective rate was 88.0% in the treatment group versus 40.0% in the control group, and the markedly effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group; the treatment and control groups both showed significant efficacies in mitigating the gastroptosis symptoms (P<0.01).ConclusionStuck-needle pulling needling method can effectively manage the symptoms of typeⅠgastroptosis.关键词
