Preliminary Study on How to Cultivate and Develop Association Standard in Broadcast and TV Industry

Abstract
According to the requirements of deepening standardization reform, this paper briefly analyzes the positive significance of cultivate and develop association standard to promote the industry development based on a review of broadcast and TV standardization milestones, discusses the subject qualification of broadcast and TV standardization bodies and the IPR issues involved association standardization activities. Finally, it presents some suggestions on how to cultivate and develop the broadcast and TV association standard.关键词
