摘要

Abstract

In order to better meet the needs of the consumer market, guarantee the quality of the fresh agricultural products and reduce the loss, this paper mainly summarizes the countermeasures of quality-controlled management of the fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics, put forward the classification standards for fresh agricultural products, such as meat and poultry, fruits and vegetables and aquatic products, analyzes the existing deficiencies in the quality control of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics management, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, including avoiding chain breakage, improving the refrigeration technology of preservation of fresh agricultural products, specifying the processing inventory management, and strengthening the operating capability of logistics technical personnel.
