Research on Openness Degree of GPA Parties' Government Procurement Markets

Abstract
This paper constructs an evaluation index system of government procurement market openness, preliminarily assesses the extent of GPA parties' "home bias" by measuring the government procurement market openness degree of typical GPA parties, which provides data support for quantitative evaluating the effectiveness of GPA agreement and reference for China's access to GPA bidding negotiation.关键词
