团体标准分裂性的私有元治理机理研究
Research on Mechanisms of the Meta-governance of the Fragmentation of Association Standards
摘要
Abstract
By exploring the causes of the fragmentation of association standards, this paper points out the necessity of utilizing meta-governance to coordinate these standard initiatives. Then, it analyses the connotation, characteristics and main operating means of the meta-governance of association standards. Moreover, based on the case study of the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movement, it identifies the meta-governance is an effective solution to the fragmentation in the association standards field, which would help to promote the development of association standards and lead to the cohesion of regulation force of standards.关键词
