Problems and Proposals of Quality Supervision on E-Commerce Products

Abstract
Along with the blowout of online shopping, the problems arise as the market is glutted with fake and poor-quality commodities, and both the potential safety risks and the complaints are fiercely increasing. The reason lies in that the e-commerce platforms just set very low entry threshold, part of retailers intentionally sell fake for high profits and the supervisory mechanism is lagged behind and not powerful and effective. Proposals are put forward that the government should enhance the supervision on e-commerce products and reinforce the restriction on online retailers by the e-commerce platform, information of e-commerce products should be displayed clearly, credit supervision should be strengthened, and the first responsibility of online retailers and the assured responsibility of the e-commerce platform should be set in laws.关键词
