A Brief Discussion on the Strategy of Standardization Plus

Abstract
In recent years, the strategy of Standardization Plus has been receiving more and more attention. To reach a better understanding and support the implementation of the strategy, this article discusses the background of Standardization Plus strategy including growing governance challenges, deficient governance structure and inadequate institution systems, and its characteristics of reoriented strategic missions, coordinated strategic planning and continuous improvement in implementation. Local governments play a key role in the implementation of the strategy, and should take responsibilities in the top-level design, resource allocation and capability cultivation.关键词
