企业标准化内生激励机制研究—— 给团体标准的启示
Research on the Endogenous Incentive Mechanism of Enterprise Standardization——the Inspiration to Association Standards
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to investigate the intrinsic motivation and influencing factors to monopolies. The model assumes that enterprise can make more profit after implementing advanced standard, achieving the maximum profit in accordance with the actual operation of the enterprise. The analysis shows that the standard demands flexibility and cost flexibility have a key impact on enterprise to adopt advanced or adaptable standards. Based on the conclusion, this paper gives some suggestions on the development of association standards.关键词
