摘要

Abstract

Food safety is becoming the concern of the whole society with the economic development. Based on the practical needs of food safety supervision in China, the paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems in Chinese and overseas standards system of food additive, points out the shortcoming of Chinese food standards system and gives suggestions by referring to the advantages of food safety technical regulation and standards system of international organizations and developed countries, providing theoretical reference for government apartments to clean up food standards and improve Chinese food standards system.
