中西医结合治疗老年人心脑血管病用药研究
Treatment of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Ciseases in Elderly Patients with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy in the elderly and cardiovascular diseases so as to provide a reliable references for the clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Methods:A total of 300 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in January 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The 300 cases were divided into control group and observation group by computer random grouping method150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine treatmentthe observation group integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment based on the treatment of western medicine.The total effective rate of patientsand the patient′s blood pressureblood glucoseblood lipid and blood rheology were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.3 3%the clinical control group 89.33%the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the treatmentboth groups patients′ blood pressure (systolic pressurediastolic pressure)blood glucose (fasting blood glucosepostprandial blood glucose (2H)serum total cholesterolthree glycerol esterlow density lipoprotein cholesterolhigh density lipoprotein cholesterol) and blood rheology index (hematocriterythrocyte electrophoresis timeerythrocyte sedimentation rateplasma viscosity) were significantly improved (P<0.05)while blood pressureblood glucoseblood lipid and hemorheology of the observation group were significantly better (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseasesintegrated Chinese and western medicine therapy can obtain satisfactory curative effect by effectively promoting the blood pressureblood glucoseblood lipid controlinhibiting the aggregation of red cellsand blocking the progression of the disease.关键词
