Abstract
To investigate the interaction mechanism of Melampsora larici-populina and poplar and the role that ufnencing factors play in the process of resistance,this research cloned Melampsora larici-populina effect factor:Mlp-AvrM gene.The bioinformatics analysis and its protein 3d structure analysis was carried out for Mlp-AvrM gene.Vaccination 2hpi rust hyphae entered through stomata to infect the leaves.Lots of haustoria formed during 24-48 hpi,infection hyphae intensively grew during 48-96 hpi,a complete life cycle was finished till168 hpi a complete life,and a new generation of urediospore was produced finally.A CDS of cloned Mlp-AvrM gene was 1242 bp,containing four exons and three introns in total,which encoded 413 amino acids.Protein structure analysis showed that the N-terminal contain an L structure constructed with an α-helices and a loop,and the C-terminal coiled domains of the Mlp-AvrM protein plays an important scaffolding role.关键词
