摘要

Abstract

The 0~80 cm soil layer of Larix gmelini Rupr plantation in Harbin experimental forest stand of northeast forestry university was taken as research object,the main influence factors of microbial characteristics and edge effect of Larix gmelinii soil was studied by dilution plate and chloroform fumigation methods.The results showed that the microbial quantity of soil and microbial biomass carbon exponentially decreased with the increase of soil depth,and about 80% of them were in 40 cm-depth soil layer under the he earth's surface.Soil microbe had edge effect.The lower limit of ecological ecotone could be determined by the method of integral.Vertical distribution of soil microbial quantity and microbial biomass carbon positively related to soil total carbon,total nitrogen,and soil porosity.Soil porosity is the key factor that affects soil microbial edge effect when carbon and nitrogen don't become the limiting factors.
