基于价值流理论的水权交易价格定价方法
Pricing method of water right trading based on value flow theory
摘要
Abstract
Owing to that the price of water right trading cannot well reflect the value of water resources in China, the value forming mechanism of water right trading is analyzed by combining the value flow theory with the water right trading. On this basis, the pricing method for water right trading is discussed according to the value of water resources of the seller as the highest price of water right trading or that of the buyer as the lowest price of water right trading. It may provide new ideas for calculating the price of water right trading reasonably.关键词
